The site is situated to the north west of Altrincham town centre on the fringe of the suburban built up area known as Oldfield Brow. Bounded by the Bridgewater canal to the north, the site enjoys further views over the Cheshire Plains. Commissioned by the Trafford Housing Trust, the scheme is for a mix of social and private (for sale), zero carbon homes (in association with Trafford rowing club/community centre).
