Hotspur Press (Conversion)

Hotspur 1

Redevelopment of Manchester’s iconic Hotspur Press. A former waterside textile mill, it was later owned by Percy Brothers and used as a printing press, surviving a direct hit during the Blitz.

Our scheme retains this important heritage asset and reinvents The Press for commercial accommodation, with leisure space on the ground floor, facing the River Medlock. The development will form an important connection between the Cambridge Street masterplan and the recent First Street developments.
