Gibson Quay is a residential scheme that sits within the grounds of Gibson House, Wallasey, built in 1906, to provide shelter to the widows of elderly sailors lost at sea. It overlooks the Egremont Promenade and River Mersey, with views across the famous Liverpool City skyline. The building footprint curves offering views from north to south, capturing the opposite City in its entirety. The design utilises the surrounding gradient of the site to include smaller sub levels, set back to earth, to maximise the footprint and apartments opposite the Mersey.
