Red Cheshire

When you say Cheshire, people think cheese, footballer’s mansions, potatoes, Jodrell Bank and Real Housewives, generally in that order.  And red.  Red sandstone and red brick.  That’s why the red brick of Arcon Place blends so perfectly with its surroundings.  Our design for the site was created when social landlord Trafford Housing Trust ventured into the private sales market.  Developed to work within the context of an existing housing estate, we have stitched the new houses into the site with optimal harmony.  The open plan internal layouts of the housing seek to maximise views across the canal, with mature trees providing a pleasing backdrop to the scheme.
